Time passes quickly.
Its fleeting nature cheats us out of a lot.
Make the most of the time you have.

However dark things seem, brightness will always return.
From the muddiest of soil come the most beautiful flowers.
Your time will come again.

No matter what is going on around you, stand tall and proud.
You have it within you to beat the odds, so don’t take too much heed of those around you.
This is your choice, your move, so go for it!

We are all individual, even if we look very similar.
Cherish that individuality, that is what makes you special.
Stand out from the crowd.

You may feel lost at times, but there will always be someone to provide you with comfort.
Friend, neighbour or unexpected source, it is okay to ask for help.
You are not alone.

We are not as intrinsically connected to nature as we once were.
Go outdoors. Get into the country. Bring nature into your home.
Make than connection and feel the benefit.

Life may seem like you’re travelling through thorny brush, but there is still beauty to be found.
Thorns and spikes are there to protect; that protection is there to help the delicate and sensitive parts of the plant.
Sometimes the perceived darkness is there for good.
With everything going on at the moment, it’s easy to forget that this virus and its complications, while bad enough, is only affecting humans. Mother Nature is still keeping the world going (grateful, I am guessing, that us pesky beings are giving the planet a bit of a break from our pollution), and across the Northern Hemisphere spring is, well, springing…
